Thanks to our staff, an abundance of dedicated volunteers, and many generous sponsors and donors, BIAC is able to host a variety of social, fundraising, and educational events each year — all of which involve the brain injury survivors on whose behalf they are held.

BIAC publishes two magazines — BrainWaves, and Conntribute.
BrainWaves addresses the needs of the BIAC community as a whole, including survivors, families, caregivers, professionals, sponsors, and donors. It is provided to hospital waiting rooms and doctor’s offices throughout Connecticut. BrainWaves is available for download or by mail. To receive a copy of this equally popular magazine, please email Christine Buhler at firstname.lastname@example.org. Conntribute was created as a tribute to those who have contributed to BIAC in any form. To receive a copy, please send an email to email@example.com. Art On The Move
Join BIAC for this creative endeavor and help increase brain injury awareness throughout Connecticut!
BIAC is looking for donations of art, created by or about brain injury survivors.
Group projects are invited and encouraged. Submissions will be accepted on an ongoing basis. For complete details and artwork submission form, click here.
Art will be on display throughout the year at various locations, bringing public awareness to brain injury. Whatever medium you use, we hope you'll consider sharing your talent and your art with us for this great cause.
Organize a blue jeans day at your business or organization! For a nominal donation to BIAC, employees get the priviledge of wearing blue jeans to work. BIAC will even provide you with materials to help you spread the word!
